Divide County's Spring Load Restrictions (Frost Law) will become effective Sunday March 10, 2024 at 7:00 AM, this includes ALL County and Township Paved and Gravel roads. Spring Load Restrictions are 7 ton per axle 105,500 GVW.
With exception to County Road 16 Shared by Williams County and County Road 3 (the 3 miles on 90th St) Spring Load Restriction (Frost Law) will be set at 6 Ton – 80,000 GVW.
