Effective immediately, County 14 is CLOSED from 122nd Avenue-123rd Avenue due to Road Work. Will update when back open.
ROAD RESTRICTION UPDATE 5/23/2026
Effective May 23, 2026 at 12PM, Divide County will be lifting restrictions in Zone 3 and Zone 6. All County and Township Gravel Roads will be by Legal Weight 105,500 GVW. County Road 4 will be by Legal Weight 80,000 GVW.
The Restrictions for County 21 (90th St) and County 14 will remain in place.
Effective immediately, May 22, 2026, DIVIDE COUNTY ROAD 21 on 90th Street (2 1/2 Miles) will be restricted to 6 Ton 80,000 GVW due to Road Construction.
Effective IMMEDIATELY, Friday May 22, 2026, Divide County is restricting ALL COUNTY AND TOWNSHIP gravel roads in Zones 3 & 6 (Everything EAST of HWY 42 & 119th Avenue) to 20,000 lbs GVW due to wet road conditions. Road restrictions will be continuously reassessed.
