⚠️Effective today, June 8, 2026 at 12:00 PM CDT, Divide County is lifting wet weather road load restrictions in Zone #4 (south of 96th St to 84th St and west of ND Hwy 85 to the Montana border). Zone #4 will return to by Legal Weight - 105,500 lbs GVW. All other zones remain restricted to 20,000 lbs GVW at this time. Roads will continue to be evaluated as conditions improve.⚠️
⚠️124th Avenue to 125th Avenue. The road will remain restricted to 6 Ton 80,000 GVW. ⚠️
Effective immediately, May 22, 2026, DIVIDE COUNTY ROAD 21 on 90th Street (2 1/2 Miles) will be restricted to 6 Ton 80,000 GVW due to Road Construction.
